Rashtratej Atal CHS
Rashtratej Atal CHS , located in limit of Solapur Municipal Corporation. It is a housing project that aims to provide affordable housing to the urban poor. The project is approved under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) urban scheme. The project will consist of construction of 1200 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) units and 1200 Low Income Group (LIG) units.
This mix use township is spread over 50 acers and has all important amenities such as school, hospital, commercial complex planned into it. The Rashtratej Atal project aims to provide quality housing to the urban poor at an affordable price. Majority of the beneficiaries under this scheme are contraction workers.
